During my dealings with Ray White Young......
Terese Hynes was very helpful and pleasant.  Terese made herself available for inspections on Saturday mornings, which was great.

Rarely does one find the combination of extreme professionalism, scrupulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills in one person......
We found such a person in Jock Snodgrass of Ray White Young.

Jock facilitated the sale of 'Wentworth' Bimbi, a 3,000 acre property in the South West Slopes area of NSW.  The sale was a difficult one conducted in a very negative rural climate influenced by drought, recession and a complete lack of confidence in world banking.

The property had been in the family for several generations, with four different vendors, all with varying degrees of enthusiasm.  This in itself provided a difficult atmosphere in which to conduct complex negotiations.

Jock went to extraordinary lengths to keep the deal afloat, despite on several occasions, the prospects of completion looking hopeless.  This also included Jock flying to Hong Kong to secure the final details and close the deal with a very astute and wary businessman.  Throughout the process, Jock's determination coupled with his tact and diplomacy was paramount in bringing the two parties to agreement.

I could not recommend Jock and Ray White Young more highly and would welcome any telephone communication to provide further details.
